1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, work email, phone number, organisation and role.
• Programme data: stock quantities, baselines, requests and deliveries for participating locations. This is operational data, not patient data.
• Usage data: sign-in times, actions taken and device information, kept for security and audit.
• Enquiries: details you submit through the demo request form.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the platform, show each user the programmes and locations they are authorised to see, keep an audit trail of decisions, respond to enquiries and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Who can see it

Access is set by role and agreed programme scope. Programme data is shared only with authorised users and organisations under the programme's data-sharing arrangements, and with service providers who host or support the platform under contract.

4. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as the programme agreement requires, then delete or anonymise it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is logged.

5. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Programme administrators can also correct account details.
