These terms apply to everyone who uses VaxAhead, provided by Sleekabyte Technologies. By signing in, you agree to them.
1. Access
Accounts are issued by a Programme Administrator. Keep your sign-in details private and tell your administrator straight away if you think your account has been misused.
2. Acceptable use
- Use VaxAhead only for the programme work you are authorised to do.
- Report stock and receipts accurately and promptly.
- Do not try to access locations, programmes or data outside your scope.
- Do not upload patient-identifiable information.
3. Data and decisions
Stock information comes from connected systems and authorised reports. VaxAhead shows when data was last updated, but your organisation remains responsible for clinical, procurement and supply decisions.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure, and may schedule maintenance. Features may change as the platform develops; we will give notice of significant changes.
5. Ownership
Your programme owns its data. Sleekabyte Technologies owns the VaxAhead software, name and brand.
6. Suspension
Access may be suspended or archived by your administrator, or by us if these terms are breached. Records remain in the audit trail.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless your programme agreement says otherwise.
